The Committee on the Judiciary moved to amend the committee substitute on page 3, section 5, line 31, by striking the word “§52-1-21” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “§52-1-17”

And

On page 10, section 8, line 17, by striking the word “§52-1-21” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “§52-1-17”

And

On page 10, section 8, line 23, following the words “United States” by inserting the phrase “: Provided, That any otherwise-qualified prospective juror whose conviction was expunged or set aside, or who subsequent thereto receives an unconditional pardon for said offense, shall not be disqualified from serving on a jury”
